Presenting a luxury 4 bedroom wheelchair accessible holiday villa that is simply without equal. In addition to being one of the most luxurious holiday homes in Florida, discrete details have been incorporated to ensure a disabled person's visit is not only possible but a wonderful experience.
 
Located in the Davenport area near to Champions Gate, this private luxury villa situated in an exclusive gated community within a conservation area, has been built to accomodate all holiday makers regardless of their physical ability. Just a 10 minute drive from Disney World and just a few junctions along the I4 takes you to Sea World and Universal Studios, we are in the ideal position for all the theme parks. 

Our holiday home is simply second to none in terms of disabled adaptations and equipment available for use in the villa - which is all included in the rental price. The villa was purpose built in consultation with the housebuilder from the outset not just with widened doors (including the extra wide patio doors from the master bedroom and family room), level access throughout, specially adapted bathroom with wheel in shower which has a hand held and wall mounted shower fitment and also clos-o-mat style shower toilet with left or right transfer.  But also other features such as the extra wide pool area for safe and easy wheelchair maneuvering for the wheelchair user and the pool hoist which is positioned to allow access to both the ( 30ft X 15ft) pool and spa.

Other holiday homes may be able to offer some of the adaptations that we provide but it is the wealth of equipment available which really makes ours stand out from the rest.  We provide all of the equipment at no extra charge (hire charges for hoists,chairs and beds cost around $150 per item per week - just consider the extra cost if you had to pay this in addition to the villa rental as is the case in other holiday homes), We have a wheel-in shower wheelchair,  both electric and hydrolic portable hoists for use throughout the villa also a king size profiling electric bed with bed raisers available to be fitted ready for your arrival.  Lots of other equipment is also there such as a US voltage adapter to allow use of a UK charger your wheelchair battery, floatation aids for the pool and a small bed guard to name but a few.   

Holidaying abroad can be difficult for disabled (handicapped) people because of the differing needs for adaptations, we hope that we cater for most people and are always open to suggestions if you think any improvements could be made.
